باستخدامك لموقع LuxeTik، فإنك توافق على الامتثال لكافة القوانين المحلية والدولية ذات الصلة. الخدمة مقدمة للاستخدامات الشخصية والتعليمية فقط.
يمنع منعاً باتاً استخدام الأداة لتنزيل مواد خاضعة لحقوق طبع ونشر ونشرها بهدف التجارة أو التربح، أو انتهاك حقوق أي طرف ثالث. يتحمل المستخدم المسؤولية الجنائية والمدنية الكاملة عن أي تجاوز.

LuxeTik does not host, mirror, or cache any video or audio files on its storage systems. All downloaded media are pulled directly from TikTok public servers.
Rexar Systems (Rexar.net) holds no official affiliation, sponsorship, or association with TikTok, Inc. or ByteDance Ltd. The utility is solely a developer aid for public URL retrieval.
3. حدود المسؤولية القضائية
